Jenny Lee

In 2014, Jenny Lee took a leap of faith and left her job as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank to enter the startup world, becoming one of Hong Kong’s most high-profile females in fintech in the process. As head of growth at fintech company WeLab, she had been deployed for tasks such as securing US$160 million from ING and government investors. Lee was later promoted to be the company's chief product officer, a role she held from 2019 to 2022, before she moved to HSBC to be head of accel under its Ventures, Innovation & Partnerships arm.
