The chairman and CEO of the Lane Crawford Joyce Group, Jennifer Woo leads a retail titan that includes fashion retailers Lane Crawford and Joyce; footwear and accessories retailer Pedder Group; fashion and beauty brand management and distribution company ImagineX; and Walton Brown, which has retail operations in mainland China and also partners with overseas brands in the country. Woo has had roles in operations, merchandising, marketing and finance for the company: she was previously the president of Lane Crawford, responsible for overhauling and modernising the retailer, and for helping to launch Pedder Group.

Woo is on the board of the Asia Art Archive and is a court member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The daughter of real estate tycoon Peter Woo, of Wheelock & Company and The Wharf fame, who owns the Lane Crawford Joyce Group, Jennifer is married to lawyer John McLellan; they have one child.
