A meat eater who owns vegetarian restaurants, Jeffrey Liu founded Twice A Week in 2019 with the aim of encouraging people to adopt a flexitarian lifestyle. The company has since launched three vegetarian eateries, Little Tree Food, Space Bao and Curious, the first of which has received a Michelin Green Star, which is given to restaurants at the forefront of sustainability.
