A believer in technology and wellness, Jeff Budiman had a vision for an app that would create a more holistic approach to health. Together with co-founder Prianka Bukit, he created The FIT Company in 2014, a tech start-up that brings together brands providing fitness tech, healthy food and even fitness gyms.

The aim was to create an ecosystem that would make the coveted healthy lifestyle more accessible to Indonesians looking to improve their well-being. After facing financial difficulties in the first few years, The FIT Company eventually secured funding from East Ventures, an early-stage venture-capital firm. Budiman and Bukit’s company now serves 250 million people in Indonesia, while the fitness market is still steadily growing.

Prior to founding The FIT Company, Jeff was a partner at a low-income housing development company. He graduated from Monash University in Victoria, Australia, with a degree in Business, Accounting & Banking Finance.
