The meteoric growth of Singapore’s cocktail scene is thanks to the work of bar veterans such as Jay Gray. He is behind concepts and destinations such as cocktail bars Sago House, Low Tide and Idle Hands, as well as Ghostwriter, an incubator for F&B entrepreneurs. Sago House ranks 10th on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list and received the Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award in 2023.
