Isaac Chen, known as Taiwan's “Ace Producer", is a songwriter, music producer, stage director, and agent of concerts and award ceremonies, as well as the founder of Young Hope Entertainment and the general manager of Tian Di He Entertainment. He has produced concerts for popular artists such as Huimei Zhang, Jolin Tsai, Rainie Yang, Show Luo, and the girl group S.H.E.

Chen served as the general counsel of the 2021 Golden Melody Awards. Although the award ceremony could not be held due to Covid-19, he invited the 11 singers nominated for the Best Chinese Male and Female Singer Awards to sing together, hoping to encourage the unity of the Taiwanese people.
