Entrepreneur/CEO, Blue Bird Group/Indra Investama/Maskoolin
A shareholder and third-generation scion of the Blue Bird taxi empire, Indra Djokosoetono holds many positions among the transportation group and its subsidiaries. Blue Bird has operated taxis in Indonesia for more than 40 years; Djokosoetono is the son of Chandra Suharto, whose mother was the founder of the company.
At present, Djokosoetono is also the CEO of Blue Bird’s sister company Indra Investama, as well as commissioner for the group’s holding company. Outside of the transportation sector, he co-owns a men’s apparel and accessories brand called Maskoolin, which was founded in 2015.
Prior to that, Djokosoetono studied at the University of Indonesia, where he graduated in 2013 after majoring in Industrial Engineering. He went on to continue his Master’s education at Hult International Business School in the United States, majoring in International Business with a specialisation in Project and Risk Management.
