Imelda Fransisca

Marketing Director, Olympic Furniture Group and Olympic Development

Imelda Fransisca, a one-time beauty queen, left the entertainment industry to work with her father to build and expand their family company, Olympic Furniture Group

Imelda Fransisca won the Miss Indonesia crown in 2005, but when it was time for her to quit the entertainment spotlight to be involved with the family business, she took on the challenge to grow her father’s established Olympic Furniture Group as marketing director. She envisioned how to take it to the next level and keep it relevant with the new generation.

Now, the company has grown to property development, where Fransisca is active in expanding the Olympic Development branch in Bogor City, south of Jakarta. Olympic Development begins with the One Central Business District project, an integrated residence with complete facilities. This will expand into commercial and business districts within the next five to ten years. This occurs as the family’s furniture business, which has stood firm for more than 30 years, continues to thrive.

Fransisca has authored several books and was a television presenter. She champions children's development and early education.
