As CEO of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Foundation, her mission is to empower high-potential, high-need youths across Malaysia to access higher education and better opportunities in life. The Foundation empowers students from underrepresented background to become young leaders through holistic scholarships and development programmes. Since 2019, Closing The Gap, which Ida co-founded, has been folded in as one of its programmes.
