Hung Vo is one of the few Vietnamese marketing leaders recognized among the Top 50 Most Influential CMOs in Asia-Pacific (Campaign Asia Power List 2021) and the Top 100 Global CMOs in 2022. Driven by a deep passion for developing local brands, he has built a rich and diverse career across more than 15 industries — spanning leading multinational corporations, major Vietnamese enterprises, and large-scale technology startups.

As a business builder, Hung founded and grew Redder from the ground up in 2012 into a national pride. Known for its creative excellence, the agency became the first Vietnamese creative and strategic agency ever acquired by Dentsu, Asia-Pacific’s No.1 agency network in 2019. Since then, it has solidified its position as Vietnam’s largest creative agency (since 2022) and one of the most influential forces shaping the country’s advertising industry over the past decade.

Beyond his pioneering business achievements, Hung Vo is also a dedicated educator and community leader. In 2013, he founded Young Marketers, an experiential education platform dedicated to nurturing purpose-driven marketing leaders. His influence extends across several key institutions: Founding Advisory Board Member at Fulbright University Vietnam (since 2020), Founder & Chairman of Future Impact Academy, Founding Host of Edustation (since 2021), and National Advocacy Director at UNICEF Vietnam (since 2022) — reaffirming his lifelong commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impact for society and the next generation.
