Qiaoran founded streetwear brand Babyghost with American designer Joshua Hupper in 2010. Simultaneously influenced by contemporary street culture and traditional Chinese aesthetics, the brand is popular with celebrities internationally, and is a frequent participant at New York and Shanghai fashion weeks. She previously worked for Diane von Furstenberg and British designer brand Nathan Jenden.
