Maria Sheilah Honrado Lacuna Pangan, publicly known as Honey Lacuna, is the mayor of the capital city of Manila and the first woman to hold office. Before her election as mayor, she served as the city’s vice mayor from 2016 to 2022.

At her inauguration, Lacuna pledged to continue the projects initiated by her predecessor, Isko Moreno, and to focus on constructing facilities to improve the health, order, peace, prosperity, and security of the city's residents.

Under her term, the city government provided financial allowances to over a million solo parents and allocated approximately 200 million pesos to support 35,000 persons with disabilities (PWDs). Additionally, the city facilitated job opportunities for senior citizens and PWDs through monthly job fairs. Mayor Lacuna also introduced her program, called Kalinga sa Maynila (Pulong-Pulong sa Pagtulong), to ensure that every resident has access to essential services. This program encourages direct interaction between the government and the local population, allowing residents to voice their observations, suggestions, grievances, and complaints.
