Ho Jia Jian (pictured left) and his business partner Derek Tan (pictured right) are on an important mission. The co-founders of online media company Viddsee want to "empower storytellers and amplify their voices to a global audience". They found success in their short‑film hosting service, which streams underrated Southeast Asian short films and has generated over a billion views globally. Besides growing a community of content creators, Viddsee is also engaging its community through content-marketing efforts, so as to create a vibrant ecosystem through its platform.
