Hauz originated from Ho Di-Yan’s former career managing workers in the construction industry. By eliminating the manual process of punching in and out, he hopes to help businesses across hospitality, construction and other labour-intensive industries simplify resource allocation and management, saving money and time, while ensuring transient workers in these jobs are consistently employed and supported. Next up, the company plans to provide financial aid for blue-collar workers and underserved individuals.
