The 9X Generation Leader Driving Masterise Group

Ho Anh Minh, born in 1995 and the son of Techcombank Chairman Ho Hung Anh, officially assumed the role of General Director and Legal Representative of Masterise Group, a leading luxury real estate conglomerate, in mid-January 2025.

He currently holds significant stakes, including more than 10% ownership of Masterise's charter capital. He also controls over 344 million shares, equating to 4.87% of Techcombank's capital. With his total holdings estimated at nearly 10,000 billion VND, he is quickly closing in on the top 10 wealthiest individuals on the Vietnamese stock market. At the age of 30, this vast asset portfolio and executive power enable Hồ Anh Minh to compete with, even surpass, many seasoned veterans across the real estate, finance, and industrial sectors.

His family currently owns and controls several major enterprises, including Techcombank and the multi-industry private conglomerate Masan Group, in addition to their collaboration with Masterise Group. Masterise Group launched its first project, Masterise Thảo Điền, in 2013, followed by high-end residential complexes such as Masteri Millennium, M-One Sài Gòn, and M-One Gia Định. The pivotal shift came in 2020 when the Group began concentrating on luxury product lines, exemplified by Grand Marina Saigon and Global City, where selling prices can reach up to 500 million VND per square meter.
