Henry Kao leads I-Mei Foods, one of the biggest food companies in Taiwan.In the 2018 Brand Footprint Report released by Kantar Worldpanel, I-Mei was ranked as the leading consumer product market in Taiwan for the fourth time. Its products consist of dry foods such as biscuits, chocolates, beans and nuts, and candies, as well as frozen foods such as ice bars, rice balls, pancakes, and frozen cakes.

From a company that mainly produced dairy products in its early years, I-Mei Foods, through the leadership of Kao, found commercial success in the ‘80s when it began supplying buns and dairy items to fast-food giants such as McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, and MOS Burger. Today, it maintains ties with companies in 28 countries across the globe.
