Clearly, team dynamics are important to the start-up’s co-founder and CEO, who even admits that “driving [co-founder] Joel back to his place and having heated but fun debates along the way” is a hobby of his. However, Henry, who looks up to tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, says his definition of success is tied to eventually becoming a “problem-solver, entrepreneur, husband and father, with a self-driving Tesla car”.
