Moka’s software system helps SMEs scale more efficiently. Its services allow companies to manage matters including point-of-sale systems, business capital, inventory, financial reports, customer relations, customised sales promotions and employees. As of 2020, co-founder and CEO Grady Laksmono’s venture had 40,000 users in 200 cities across Indonesia. It was acquired by online services giant Gojek for US$130 million that same year.
