The co-founder of Hands On Manila remains steadfast in her passion for advancing social causes, more so during the onslaught of the Covid-19 pandemic

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Gianna Montinola has not paused nor ceased advancing social causes in both education and in the NGO arenas. The two organisations she is connected with have maintained operations, delivering services through innovative channels and platforms. 

As senior vice-president of Far Eastern University (FEU), her main responsibilities include the marketing and building of the FEU brand as a university of choice in the country. She is also a member of the founding board of the FEU Public Policy Center whose mission is to contribute to policymaking through in-depth research and public discussion. 

She is co-founder of Hands On Manila, a volunteer organisation for community-driven, sustainable solutions to development challenges in the areas of education, the environment, health care and livelihood. She received the Aguhon award in 2017 for leading the most successful corporate volunteer efforts in the Philippines.
