With his company Saleswhale, Gabriel Lim helps companies to automate laborious and repetitive tasks, so “humans can focus on doing their best work”. Its signature product, Saleswhale AI Assistant, helps companies handle potential sales prospects, giving them human-like responses and qualifying leads before passing them on to a human sales representative. It has helped more than 300 clients, including Randstad and General Assembly. In January 2022, Saleswhale was acquired by US-based account engagement platform 6Sense, where Lim now sits as director of product management.
