Chavalit Frederick Tsao is a charismatic and visionary leader who has left an indelible mark on the business and wellness worlds. As chairman of IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, he has taken his family’s maritime legacy to new heights.

Tsao’s venture in the maritime industry began when he was 20. By 37, he was at the helm of the IMC Group, steering it towards unprecedented global success. Under his astute leadership, the Group transformed from a traditional shipping company into a global conglomerate with diverse interests spanning 17 countries.

The Group now encompasses IMC Industrial, Octave Living, Heritas Capital Management and East West, with each entity contributing to the corporation’s significant presence across multiple sectors.

Apart from his business acumen, Tsao is a wellness advocate. He founded Sangha Retreat in Suzhou in 2017, a medical wellness retreat that blends the best of Eastern and Western philosophies.
