Frédéric Boulin holds a degree in Hotel Management from Switzerland’s prestigious Glion Institute of Higher Education. His career with Hyatt International began in 1990 as a Corporate Trainee, marking the start of his journey at the Hyatt Regency Acapulco.
Drawing on over 30 years in premium hotel management, Mr. Boulin has held crucial Food & Beverage leadership roles at properties across the globe, including Venezuela, Argentina, Cambodia, Guatemala, and Greece. In 2002, he advanced to Executive Assistant Manager at Grand Hyatt Seoul, concurrently serving as Deputy General Manager at Grand Hyatt São Paulo. In recognition of his outstanding management and business achievements, he was subsequently appointed General Manager of Hyatt Regency La Manga in Spain, and later of Grand Hyatt Cairo in Egypt.
In 2011, Frédéric Boulin took the helm as General Manager of Park Hyatt Seoul. During his tenure, the property garnered numerous prestigious accolades, including the Condé Nast Traveler’s Gold List 2012, the Top 10 Hotels in Japan and Korea 2013, and inclusion on the Travel + Leisure Top 500 World's Best Hotels list in 2013.
In February 2016, Mr. Boulin brought his seasoned leadership to Vietnam, taking the helm at Park Hyatt Saigon. Under his direction, the hotel quickly rose to prominence. In 2018, the Condé Nast Traveler U.S. honored Park Hyatt Saigon as one of the two top hotels in Vietnam on its list of the World’s Best Hotels.
