Franky Tjahyadikarta is a dominating force in the hotel and tourism industry. His stellar CV includes co-founding GHM Indonesia and Mandara Spa, the first internationally managed spa in Indonesia. Currently, he serves as the President Director of Bukit Uluwatu Villa, theme park Bali Ocean Magic and Nusantara Island Resort, and also holds positions on the board of many renowned hotels and resorts.

Tjahyadikarta has more than 20 years of experience under his belt. He has been involved in some of Indonesia’s most luxurious stays, such as the breathtaking Alila hotels, Amanjiwo, Amankila and the Chedi Bandung. He is also the vice-chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce with Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the tourism industry.

Tjahyadikarta earned both his academic qualifications in London: a degree in Civil Engineering from University College, and a Master’s in Steel Building from Imperial College.
