After gaining experience in user and customer experience at e-commerce giants Alibaba and Lazada, Faith Teo went on to create 8XP, which helps international brands to launch in the Chinese market and provides a new online-to-offline retail business and technology platform. Launched in 2020, C11 is an academy that provides training on retail trends in China. Faith has worked with clients like Shanghai Fashion Week, Xintiandi, WeWork and W Hotels.
