Ethan Chou

Providing user-friendly management tools and consulting services, AlleyPin supports over 1,500 clinics across Taiwan in their pursuit of seamless digital transformation. In 2024, it opened its first overseas branch in Tokyo and was honoured with Japan’s Good Design Award—the only Taiwanese winner in medical technology. Ethan Chou and his partner Kenneth Lo come from non-medical backgrounds. This allows them to bring a fresh perspective by focusing on brand and communication, which helps build stronger doctor-patient relationships.
