Esther Sham

This model-turned-chef opened her first private kitchen, Ta Pantry, in 2008, followed by restaurant Maison ES in 2015. She is married to Sunny Tan and has three sons, as well as an adorable shih tzu (Xiao Fung) and a recently adopted poodle (Snoopy).
