While pursuing his PhD, Eric Wang set out to develop protective materials to the glass surfaces used in military-grade technology. That eventually led him to start RhinoShield, a brand recognised worldwide for its ultra-durable phone cases, with his younger brother Ray. His innovation didn’t stop at impact protection; the brand has also shown its sustainability credentials, with a phone case crafted entirely from materials recycled from old cases.
