Erastus Radjimin is the co-founder and CEO of the Artotel Group, an Indonesian hospitality company. He first found the inspiration to build Artotel when he decided to combine a love of the arts, which he inherited from his parents, with his day job in the hospitality industry. He grew up being exposed to the family’s hotel business, and believes in creating valuable hotels which are impactful.

As its name suggests, the group’s chain of colourful outlets has a strong focus on modern art, often produced by local creatives, and stretches from Medan and Jakarta to Yogyakarta, Semarang and Bali. Under Radjimin’s direction, Artotel Group has continued to grow, now with more than ten hotels under its belt. Under his leadership, the company recently signed a partnership with Far East Hospitality of Singapore.
