Noel Bautista has led Deutsche Bank in the Philippines for decades, and since 2011, ​​has been a director of the Philippine Stock Exchange

When Noel Bautista joined Deutsche Bank in 1994, he had already accrued a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, and marketing. After training as an analyst at the Philippine American Investments Corporation, he went on to take leadership positions at PepsiCo., Inc., both in New York and Manila.

Bautista then took his talents to Deutsche, where, as president and managing director for sales and trading at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Philippines, he was responsible for marketing Philippine equities to institutional investors based in Asia, the U.S., and Europe. In 1999, he co-founded the joint venture, Deutsche Regis Partners Inc. (now Regis Partners, Inc.), and oversaw the growth of the company into one of the largest equity houses in the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Today, he remains chairman and president of Regis Partners, Inc., and is also a member of the board of directors of the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines.
