Award-winning celebrity chef Duan was the executive chef of New World Beijing Hotel, Rosewood Beijing Hotel and Dafu Hotel’s Chinese restaurant before he launched his own restaurant Poetry Wine in a former industrial building. A member of the World Culinary Federation, he is famed for his signature contemporary Beijing dishes.
