Dr Rica Cruz

Dr. Rica Cruz advocates for reducing the stigma around sexual health education and empowering individuals to embrace their sexual selves. She is the founder of Unprude, the first sex therapy app in Asia, designed to help women gain an intimate understanding of themselves through guided self-discovery. Through Unprude, she also provides free sex education modules to the youth, guiding girls (and boys) to respect their bodies, their relationships and their sexual selves. Moreover, through her TV, radio and social media presence, as well as direct interactions with individuals seeking advice, Dr Cruz has created a safe space for Filipinos to discuss and embrace their sexual well-being.
