Doris Magsaysay Ho is the president and CEO of the Magsaysay Group of Companies, a leader in shipping, human resources and business process outsourcing, with a presence in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan and Canada.

The CEO, who holds a master's degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute in New York, also serves as the chairperson of the Lorenzo Shipping Corp and director of Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association (Bermuda). She is a trustee of organisations such as the Asia Society (New York), Asia Society Philippine Foundation, First Philippine Conservation, Makati Business Club, Metropolitan Museum Manila, Philippine Business for Education, Philippine Business for Social Progress, Philippine Disaster Recovery Foundation and Philippines-Japan Economic Cooperation Committee.

She has received various international awards, including Lloyd’s List Asia Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011, Seatrade Personality of the Year Award in 2018 and Safety4Sea Crew Welfare Personality Award in 2022.

In 2023, Magsaysay Ho was appointed to the Angsana Council, a non-profit group that seeks to increase the growth and prosperity of Southeast Asian businesses and economies. “I am inspired by creative people who think out of the box, who are fearlessly committed, who care about leaving a positive imprint and who embrace what comes their way with enthusiasm and a grateful heart,” she said.
