Like his co-founder Ho Jia Jian (pictured left), 33-year-old Derek (pictured right) is passionate about building a community through Viddsee. In February 2018, Viddsee announced it will be producing a range of original content with 10 Singaporean film-makers — the first, which launched in March, is a five-episode social documentary called While You Sleep, featuring Singaporeans who work the graveyard shift in underappreciated jobs such as animal rescuers and suicide hotline volunteers. Other original content in the works include a series about a taxi driver and a thriller about cyberbullying.
