Social enterprise incubator Villgro’s gender smart strategy allows Denise Patricia Dalusong to support a female-dominated portfolio of enterprises. The young manager helms the venture capital company’s gender-focused initiatives, which include WE Rise Accelerator, the first incubation programme for women entrepreneurs in the Philippines. She also leads a community of 600 female entrepreneurs through the Nüshu Network, which connects women from around South and Southeast Asia.
