Della Tang is one of China’s most highly regarded young wine experts. After studying at Le Cordon Bleu and working extensively in France, she made her name with the wine list she crafted for Christopher Kostow’s restaurant, Ensue, in Shenzhen. She has also won awards as a sommelier and mixologist.
