Dej Kewkacha

Dej Kewkacha, a self-taught Thai pastry chef, founded Kacha Brothers company at the young age of 22. Currently, he manages more than 50 food and beverage outlets under 7 leading brands, with his flagship brand Kyo Roll En winning ‘Best Dessert Café’ in 2019. He has trained at Ta Vie restaurant in Hong Kong and was the only pastry chef invited to participate in the Cook Japan Project in Tokyo. Additionally, Dej owns Kyo Bar, Thailand's first dessert omakase restaurant that perfectly blends Japanese and Thai ingredients with contemporary techniques. Most recently, he has been appointed Executive Pastry Chef of Louis Vuitton Restaurant Bangkok, Thailand, Southeast Asia's first location by the luxury brand Louis Vuitton at LV The Place Bangkok.
