For achieving culinary greatness with her contemporary take on Chinese cuisine

DeAille Tam is Shanghai’s only female chef with a Michelin-starred restaurant, and was recently voted Asia’s Best Female Chef by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. Her culinary creations at Obscura spotlight the diversity of Chinese cuisine, combined with contemporary western techniques. A Hong Kong native, she previously launched Bo Shanghai, an outpost of Hong Kong’s Bo Innovation, at Five on the Bund.
