David is the proud chef and owner of Australian barbecue restaurant Burnt Ends. With a two- to three-month waiting list, the restaurant boasts a Michelin star and was also placed 10th in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list. He has also ventured into the local hawker scene with humbler barbecue establishment Meatsmith Western.
