Influential social activist and author in Vietnam

Dr Dang Hoang Giang graduated with a degree in computer engineering from the Ilmenau University of Technology in Germany before completing his doctoral programme at the Vienna University of Technology in Austria. His works explore profound and multidimensional themes, offering fresh, thought-provoking perspectives.

From his very first book, Buc Xuc Khong Lam Ta Vo Can, Dr Dang Hoang Giang captured the public’s admiration, with more than 60,000 copies sold. In the years that followed, he continued to write prolifically, tackling diverse subjects, including mental health and depression, as seen in his book Dai Duong Den.

Beyond his literary contributions, Dr Dang Hoang Giang is deeply committed to social impact projects. He founded the Tomorrow Hotline, a support service for individuals struggling with depression, and Lemongrass Garden, a sanctuary where young people and patients can relax and reconnect with nature.
