A third-generation scion of property developer Hong Kuo, Curtis Lin and his sister Yvonne established Five To The Tenth, a new-age property development company that aims to create sustainable buildings while emphasising the human aspect of property development. They also helped turn Hong Kuo’s 30-year-old headquarters into the first building in Asia to receive the UL Indoor Air Quality certification, subsequently attaining Platinum Certification from LEED.
