If you caught the masterpiece Here Lies Love on Broadway, you’ve got Clint Ramos to thank for the dazzling costume design. He is also one of its lead producers. The Tony Award-winning theatre/film designer, producer, and creative director has made waves internationally, having worked with some of the industry’s biggest names like Jennifer Hudson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Lin Manuel Miranda, Bradley Cooper, Lupita Nyong'o and many more. Clint is also the Producing Creative Director at the New York City Center and is the Visual Director of Lincoln Center's Summer For The City.

Born and raised in Cebu, Ramos found his calling early. He went to the University of the Philippines to study Theatre Arts for college. From there, it was straight to New York University to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree through the Gary Kalkin Memorial Scholarship. Ramos then started sharing his knowledge with others as a professor at NYU Tisch and Fordham University, where he was Head of Theatre Design.

With a decorated resume in theatre design, Ramos has garnered two OBIE Awards, with one for Sustained Excellence in Design, three Lucille Lortel Awards, a Drama Desk Award, an Outer Critics Circle Award, Two American Theatre Wing Henry Hewes Awards, TDF Irene Sharraf Young Master Award, a Helen Hayes Award, a Craig Noel award, 6 Tony nominations.
