Clara Wan aims to democratise nutritious food and reduce food waste. With Graze Market, customers pay less for misshapen but quality produce otherwise bound for the bin. Its leftover vegetable box programme has also fed 6,000 recipients. Clara also started surplus cafe Graze Eatery that employs local cooks. The company has rescued 60 tonnes of food since 2019 and reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 180 tonnes.
