Chairman, Lea Lea Foundation

Chuan Ching Guo, chairman of Lea Lea Foundation, developed an integrated, long-term care service model centred on the elderly

Architecture, the environment, children, and the elderly are things that Lili Social Welfare and Charity Foundation founder and chairman Chuan-Ching Guo cares deeply about.

The passage of time and its effects have led him to pour investments on preserving historical buildings with his construction company, and to develop a community-based integrated care model for the elderly. Founded in 2005, the foundation is dedicated to providing human-oriented and holistic care, focusing on the elderly’s physiology, psychology, and spirituality. *aregivers are trained to focus on interaction with the elderly rather than simply providing care services. In 2017, he established the 109 Cafe and Community Health Care Station outreach to provide services for diversified communities.

Lealea Group, which was established by his father as a paper printing factory in the 1950s, diversified into textile, trade, construction, environmental engineering, green energy, tourism, and technology, among other sectors, and Guo steered its path for sustainable operations. In 1992, Liqi Construction, which Guo heads, was founded and thereafter helped shape Taipei city centre.
