Christina Tee serves as the managing director and group CEO of Cape EMS, with over 30 years of experience, mainly in the manufacturing sector. Through her leadership, unwavering commitment, and far-sighted business strategy, she has grown the company from a humble business into a globally known manufacturing ecosystem solutions provider in E&E industry—thanks to her business acumen and being familiar with industry standards and practices across Europe, America and of course Asia. Having successfully listed the company on the main Bursa Malaysia stock exchange, among her other personal goals for the company is to achieve a two billion market cap before she turns 60. She believes that being a responsible leader is of utmost importance, and gives back to the community in her own way, as president of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry and in senior advisory roles in various NGOs, that focuses on ESG. She has also been decorated with a number of awards, including the World Chinese Outstanding Woman Business Leader Award at the 2022 GlobalChinese Economic and Technology Summit and the Nanyang 100th Anniversary Superb Brand Award 2023.
