Managing Principal, Head of Capital Markets and Co-Chair, Gaw Capital Partners
Former banker Christina Gaw brings her fundraising skills to her family’s real estate investment company and continues to advocate for gender equality and community engagement
Christina Gaw is the managing principal, head of capital markets, and, as of 2024, co-chair of alternative investments at Gaw Capital Partners, which she runs alongside her brothers Goodwin and Kenneth. She is the chief fundraiser for the organisation, which she joined in 2008, and which was established in 2005 and manages tens of billions in property investments. She is also an executive director of Pioneer Global Group, the company built by her father, Anthony, and now run by her mother, Rossana Wang Gaw.
She has driven the evolution of Gaw Capital Partners into a major multi-asset investment platform, expanding the firm’s focus into private credit and emerging alternative assets, including regional data centres. Recognised in PERE’s 100 Most Influential list in 2025, she concluded a six-year tenure as an independent non-executive director for CLP Holdings in May 2026.
Before joining the family firm, Christina spent over 15 years working in investment banking and was a managing director of Goldman Sachs and UBS. She is also a board member of The Women’s Foundation Hong Kong, which aims to empower marginalised women; an executive board member of the Hong Kong Ballet; and a board member of the InspiringHK Sports Foundation, Teach for Hong Kong, and Hong Kong International School, as well as a council member of Lingnan University.
