Chou Chenchen (Frank)

Frank Chou Design Studio is an independent product design studio in China. Frank Chou has an interest in creative ventures, whether design, art, music or film and his work spans furniture items and limited design artworks. In recent years, Frank has received much attention in the design and art industry both at home and abroad. He is a frequent visitor to major design events such as Milan Design Week, London Design Week, 100% Design and Beijing International Design Week, and has repeatedly been named Designer of the Year by international industry organisations and professional media. During Milan Design Week 2016, Frank was the first Chinese designer to receive the Salone del Mobile Milano - SaloneSatellite Special Mention Award from the former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. At the 20th anniversary of the SaloneSatellite of Salone del Mobile Milano in 2017, he returned to Milano as a representative young designer of the 21st century.
