Yilin marries the traditional and modern in the jewellery she has been designing for her award-winning eponymous label since 2009. She is known for her intricate jadeite designs, which have gained international media attention and been spotted on celebrities and collectors, most recently when Singaporean actress Janice Koh wore a pair of her earrings at the 2018 US premiere of Crazy Rich Asians.
