Chng Zhenzhi

Chng Zhenzhi was formerly the founding director of Singapore’s National AI Office, where she drove the development, deployment and funding of AI projects to meet smart nation goals in sectors such as healthcare, finance and education. In 2022, the Singapore government signed its first public-private AI partnership with a global technology company, engaging Google Cloud for skills training, research and development, and signing a memorandum of understanding with Israel to cooperate in AI development. In 2025, she joined Singapore telecommunications giant Singtel’s AI Adoption and Centre of Excellence unit as a senior director.
