The flagship UWS Girls2Pioneers programme, which works to inspire girls and young women to explore opportunities in STEM fields, has reached more than 40,000 girls in the past 10 years. UWS’ annual STEM Fest has also grown steadily in scale and impact, with strong support from corporate partners, schools and the public. This year’s edition saw more than 1,000 participants in a single afternoon, underscoring the event’s growing influence and reach.
