Previously a mostly physical events business, Idea Ink pivoted during the pandemic to become an artist-driven visual facilitation company—and reached profitability doing so within five months. Chia Yee Hui’s company specialises in using illustrations to communicate complex ideas using AR, VR and robotics. It has worked with brands including Amazon, Citibank, Huawei and the United Nations. It recently launched a new product, Thoth, which condenses text content into one-page visuals.
